THG Fulfil’s proprietary WMS and WCS technologies power high-performance fulfillment for D2C and B2B operations. Voyager, our in-house Warehouse Management System, integrates with automation and robotics to optimize efficiency, stock accuracy, and customization at scale.
Our proprietary in-house Warehouse Management System (WMS) - Voyager - went live in 2016 to drive our first automated fulfillment site.
Since then, the software has been continually improved and optimized. Voyager WMS now powers all our warehouses and ensures optimum fulfillment efficiency with traceable and accountable stock control across D2C and B2B operations.
Incorporating personalization and customization capabilities and integration with a variety of automation and robotics solutions from multiple suppliers, Voyager is a fully featured WMS that can be configured to satisfy bespoke requirements and optimize fulfillment operations even as demand moves through peaks and troughs.
Complementing our WMS and working in tandem with AutoStore is our proprietary Warehouse Control System (WCS). Also built by our in-house development teams, our WCS operates at the ports of AutoStore installations and integrates seamlessly with Voyager.
With the WCS we take expertise and hard-won experience in the optimization of fulfillment to the optimization of the AutoStore system and the optimum putaway of stock and efficient building of batches to handle high fulfillment volumes.
