20th January 2025 – THG Ingenuity announces the appointment of Lucy Cooper as Chief Commercial Officer, effective today. Lucy will play a pivotal role in driving THG Ingenuity’s ambitious growth agenda as it embarks on its next chapter following the demerger from THG PLC.

Lucy brings over 15 years of experience in growth strategy, transformation, and technology commercialisation. Having worked with leading global organisations such as Microsoft and Accenture, Lucy has a track record of identifying and delivering innovative growth opportunities. Her expertise spans AI, digital platforms, and M&A, coupled with a strong focus on customer-centric strategies.
