THG Ingenuity Announces Strategic Partnership with Criteo to Unlock Holistic Commerce Media Opportunities

THG Ingenuity will leverage Criteo’s full Commerce Media Platform services as it expands into commerce media, unlocking opportunities for its retail and brand partners in the UK market.

THG Ingenuity, the cutting-edge ecommerce solutions provider, has today announced a strategic three-year partnership with Criteo (NASDAQ: CRTO), the commerce media company.

THG Ingenuity will leverage Criteo’s full Commerce Media Platform services as it expands into commerce media, unlocking opportunities for its retail and brand partners in the UK market. The combined solutions will help THG Ingenuity’s retailers and brands boost commerce media opportunities, monetise first party data, and accelerate performance media. 

The three-year partnership will see THG Ingenuity utilise Criteo’s four solutions: 

  • Commerce Yield: the retailer monetisation solution offering yield optimisation for commerce inventory and first-party data, enabling retailers to drive revenue and deliver measurable performance. 
  • Commerce Max: the retail media demand-side platform (DSP) for brands and agencies, which enables full-funnel, cross-channel commerce media planning and activation across Criteo’s network of 225+ retailers.  
  • Commerce Growth: a performance marketing solution for driving customer acquisition and retention with maximum efficiency, automation, and transparency. 
  • Commerce Grid: a supply-side platform (SSP) that allows retailers to expand their offsite audience monetisation revenue to advertisers using any DSP for activation through curated deals, without giving up data control or security.

The three-year partnership builds on an existing relationship, with THG Ingenuity currently leveraging Criteo solutions to power THG Beauty retailers’ onsite and offsite retail media propositions. This business model has achieved rapid growth, with LOOKFANTASTIC UK achieving an impressive YoY revenue growth of +115%, while Cult Beauty UK has seen +108% YoY growth in its revenue.
